Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have finally agreed divorce terms.
The former couple first separated in 2024 with Jessica filing for divorce in January 2025 and now Cash has filed his own papers with the court, seeking approval for the deal he and Jessica have agreed.
According to TMZ, Jessica, 44, and Cash, 46, will share joint custody of daughters Honor, 17, and Haven, 14, and son Hayes, eight.
The pair did not have a prenuptial agreement when they got married in 2008 and have agreed not to pay each other alimony.
Instead, Cash will receive a $3 million payout, which will be paid in two non-taxable payments of $1.5 million each, one this year and the second one next year.
He will also get the $10 million Beverly Hills mansion they bought in 2017, while Jessica's legal last name is officially restored to Alba.
According to PEOPLE, the divorce is uncontested.
Jessica and Cash first met in Vancouver in 2004 on the set of the superhero film Fantastic Four. She was playing Sue Storm, while he worked as a director's assistant.
Meanwhile, Jessica - who has been dating Danny Ramirez for the past few months - previously insisted she is learning to "let life happen" after her split from Cash.
Reflecting on her life since the split, she told Extra: "I think everybody can relate to, you try to plan so much, especially as a mom, you're always trying to plan, plan, and control things.
"And I think you just see, especially as time goes by, that what's meant for you is actually what's going to show up and what's going to happen.
"Sometimes, you just have to let life happen and enjoy yourself and things will fall into place. Trust the process."
Around six months after confirming her breakup from film producer Cash, she was seen on vacation with Marvel star Ramirez, 33, in Cancun, Mexico.
Cash is pleased for his ex and told TMZ: "I'm happy for her. I don't know him, but he seems like a good guy."
Asked whether he is seeing anyone, he replied: "No, not yet. Let me know if you got anybody."
The Honey actress first announced her split from Cash via an Instagram post.
She wrote: "I've been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years - both as an individual and in partnership with Cash.
"I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it's now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.
"We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time. (sic)"
